Through preventive education, or careful medical intervention when needed, we're focused on bringing people a lifetime of wellness. We recognize the importance of respecting patients' dignity while providing courteous, compassionate and efficient subacute services. At Lakeview, we continually strive to understand and meet the ever-changing needs of those we serve.

Our comprehensive medical, nursing and rehabilitation services cater to a diverse patient population. In addition to long-term care, we offer exceptional inpatient subacute programs. We're proud to report that our average length of stay for subacute patients is a brief 14 days.

*SUBACUTE CARE: is a comprehensive, cost-effective and outcome-oriented approach to care for patients requiring short-term, complex physical or medical rehabilitation from a physician-directed interdisciplinary team. Subacute programs typically are utilized as an alternative to prolonged hospitalization or as an inpatient alternative to an acute care hospital stay.
