For more than twenty-five years, Lakeview has set the trend as a leader in subacute care. When you visit our exciting new Physical and Medical Rehabilitation Complex, you’ll see that we offer the intensity of a rigorous rehab program, wrapping in the luxury of a Roman spa setting. It houses our physical, speech, occupational and respiratory therapy treatment center, aquatic therapy pool, and intimate wound care treatment facility.

Our Director of Physiatry Services, and medical team led by Board Certified Physicians, will develop comprehensive diagnosis and treatment programs. Lakeview’s state-of-the-art rehabilitation therapies are delivered by an interdisciplinary team focused on progressive, cost-efficient patient outcomes. We treat patients (with a focus on speech-language pathology, and occupational and physical therapy) on an outpatient basis in our multi-million dollar rehab complex on Arbor Road.

People who suffer from Cardiopulmonary problems CHF, CAD, S/P cardiac surgery MI, Cardiomyopathy, COPD can visit our outpatient facility for a thorough evaluation and respiratory therapy program.

Lakeview encourages community involvement, and we welcome groups to our expanded facility. Here they will learn how to maintain healthier lifestyles as we promote preventive education on health issues in our 40-seat meeting room.
As a preferred provider for many managed care companies, we are well-versed in insurance policies and billing procedures. Our knowledgeable staff can gladly assist you with you paperwork to make claims reporting (and reimbursement) as simple as possible.
