the acute rehabilitation phase and continue the program, enabling you to achieve greater independence and self-fulfillment. Our rehabilitation team consists of these talented professionals: Physiatrist*, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists and Therapy Assistants.

*SUBACUTE CARE: is a comprehensive, cost-effective and outcome-oriented approach to care for patients requiring short-term, complex physical or medical rehabilitation from a physician-directed interdisciplinary team. Subacute programs typically are utilized as an alternative to prolonged hospitalization or as an inpatient alternative to an acute care hospital stay.

*PHYSIATRIST: a physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Physiatrists treat a wide range of problems from sore shoulders to spinal cord injuries. They see patients in all age groups and treat problems that touch upon all the major systems in the body. These specialists focus on restoring function to people.
